Commander position (Kihondousa: The person who vocalizes command. )


The red player is standing on the right side and white player is standing on the left side in Kihondousa. And players leave 1.5 meters.
Therefore a referee has a red flag in a right hand and has a white flag in a left hand. When there are 3 referees, the center is Chief-Referee.

The Commander is in the courts, right front stand 1.5 meters from the players. And the commander must be loud and clear voice, for the players. Kindergarten and foreign players are hard to hear the Japanese. The Commander is to be aware of them.
The Commander vocalizes command while walking so as not to be passed by a player. When a player made a mistake in movement, and the commander mistook command, the commander will cancel to play a match immediately. And the commander explains to a referees and players. But, when a commander in the court doesn't exist, Chief - Referee stops the match. (Simultaneous Command)
When making a mistake more than twice after a player pointed out a mistake of movement once, the match is effective.
