Championship Program
a.. Opening Ceremony -8th August, 009 by Taneba Sensai from Japan.
b.. Closing Ceremony - 9th August, 009, distribution of prizes.

a.. Contest Rules and Eligibility: The championship will be contested in accordance with rules and sporting code of the International Sports Chanbara Association (ISCA). . Only official air soft equipment will be permitted for the competition.
The organizing committee reserves the rights to add, delete, or amend the contest instructions, without notice, to ensure the successful conclusion of the championship.

a.. Divisions/categories and schedule: Categories and timings will be finalized after the closing date and will be transmitted via email. The following divisions will be contested: KIHON, KODACHI, CHOKEN, NITO, ISYU & team event. You may submit any number of entries for any one category.

a.. Closing date for entries: Registration together with the necessary payments must be received before 30th June 2009. Mode of payment only bank Transfer to our Bank.

a.. A registration fee of US $ 15 ( Fifteen US$ Per Person ) for the 4TH Asia-Oceania Sports Chanbara Championship 2009,

It is booked by us. There are several hotels in the hub of Tourist Junction Thamel having all modern facilities. The rate differs as per the standard of the hotel starting ranges from US $ 25 for one double room to 150 US $ per night using 5 star deluxe hotel. We will furnish you more information upon your requirement.

Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
The above mentioned hotel offers breakfast / lunch / dinner which ranges US $ 3 for breakfast / $ 5 for Lunch / 5 $ for Dinner in normal hotels. The five star hotels offer good breakfast, Lunch and Dinner but costs you about 8 US $ and above.

Beverages:
They are available in above mentioned hotel and outside restaurant as well.

Interpreter:
We have guides available for most of the international language speaking guides such as English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean etc.. They charge on hours basis.

Clothing:
August is the month for little rain falls. So, a water proof jacket is important. Normally light clothing is required.
